Like genuinely pumped? You weren’t solely driven by the consequences of not. Truthfully, you’re not always going to want to go. That’s not human. But if you’re not feeling excited about what you’re doing, that’s a problem.
Is it that you’re exhausted thinking about the gym because of life outside the gym? Is it that you often wonder what’s the point? You haven’t seen progress for a while even though you're consistent? Maybe you know you’re winging it each time. You’ve been doing this stuff for a long time, you could probably write your own program but you just can’t be bothered. Or is it that you actually don’t care as long as your Apple watch says you’ve burnt at least 400 calories? When you have room to undulate in your programming (to work hard, to flow, to move at different intensities) you can begin to shift from it being a punishing task. It can be this: different. With smart programming that sees you as a human, you can get your ass to the gym do the work (you still have to do the work) but know you’ve done enough and create time for other things in your life. (Take it from the girl who was petrified to not be in the gym 7 days a week, obsessed.) But now, the gym is not my life. It’s still important to me and I genuinely get pumped to be there, but it's because my relationship with it and myself has changed. Working out can still be important to you—but it doesn’t need to be urgent. When you have smart programming you can see what this can look and feel like. The Bold Collective is about knowing better so you do better. It’s smart programming that sees you and your fitness with a birds-eye-view and ensures you have all your bases covered. The program is written so you can feel like an athlete in the gym but then leave and not think twice about it. It’s a program to give you strength, fitness, muscle and head space by stopping second guessing yourself. Doors are open for you at any time—are you ready?!
